Three participation modes — Active (speak), Passive (attend), or Publish-only. Registration creates a single account that follows your paper through the entire 2026 cycle.

Press following link to registration — the form will ask for your name, email, affiliation (institution / department / city / country), and participation type.
Conference fee
Conference speaker — attends and presents the paper.
Paper in the conference proceedings (publication only).
VAT — please note
According to the tax system of the European Union (except Russian Federation), the registration fee for passive participation varies depending on whether the institution holds a VAT number. See the examples table below for the exact applicable amounts.
